历史上的劳动分工， 提高了社会生产力。为什么现在又崇尚身兼数职，希望人人是全才 knows everything？ 虽然用人成本是降低了，但是得到的产出达到预期的效果了吗？

说Agile吧，临时招了一堆什么都不懂的人来。因为总有下个sprint，做出的惨不忍睹东西永远期待着以后修补。说好了要改的东西，因为下来的sprints有其他target，总是推说没resources。真的不知道Agile是不是其实是fragile的意思。

Multi-tasking吧. Adam Smith 早就说过， “The habit of sauntering and of indolent careless application, which is naturally, or rather necessarily acquired by every country workman who is obliged to change his work and his tools every half hour, and to apply his hand in twenty different ways almost every day of his life, renders him almost always slothful and lazy, and incapable of any vigorous application even on the most pressing occasions. Independent, therefore, of his deficiency in point of dexterity, this cause alone must always reduce considerably the quality of work which he is capable of performing.”
